About the Founder
Lyssa Hargrove is a public affairs and policy strategist with more than 15 years of experience working at the intersection of Congress, federal agencies, and community organizations.
She began her policy career as a Congressional Fellow advising the Chair of the U.S. House Committee on Ways and Means, gaining firsthand experience with the legislative process and federal policy development.
Lyssa later held leadership roles within the federal government, where she led national outreach initiatives, built partnerships with nonprofit and faith-based organizations, and supported efforts to expand access to financial literacy and public benefit programs.
Her work has focused on strengthening connections between institutions and communities through policy strategy, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative partnerships.
Through HLC & Associates, Lyssa advises organizations seeking to navigate policy landscapes, build strategic partnerships, and develop initiatives that create lasting community impact.
